How do I refer my friends?
Simply ask your friends to mention your name when they place their first order with us – they’ll receive CHF 75 off.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of CHF 749.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like. Only one voucher is valid per order over CHF 749.
What if there are two people with my name?
If more than one customer has your name, your friend can give your email address or phone number so we credit the right person.
Is my privacy protected if anyone can mention my name?
Yes – no identifiable information is shared. If several customers share your name, your friend needs your email address or phone number to select you as their referrer.
Will I be notified of successful referrals?
Yes. We’ll email you when a friend mentions your name, and 30 days later we’ll send you your CHF 75 voucher.
