Can I change my order after payment?

We work hard to reduce our delivery time and provide you with your order within the shortest possible time frame, so we usually put your items into production on the same day of ordering. If you'd like to make changes please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

Where are you based?

We currently have two locations where our services can be enjoyed: Singapore and London.

How do I contact you?

How do I track my order status?

We are currently working on a way to track your order step by step through the production process online through your account. In the meantime if you'd like information on the status of your order, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store as we strive to avoid imposing costly retail expenses onto our customer. However we do have a conveniently located showroom in London (next to Liverpool Street Station) and in Singapore (Duxton Road) where you can see our full collection of fabrics and some examples of our products.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Our garments are tailored to your specifications and ready for a first fitting in 3-4 weeks from the time we place your order. For suit orders, we will then meet for the first fitting and if needed, we will perform any alterations after that. Each alteration takes approximately one week to complete.

Please note that for first time customers, we will produce the first item of each category (e.g. suit or shirt) and deliver to you. Once you have had the chance to try on the garment and inform us about the fit, we will proceed and send any remaining items for production, taking into account any alterations that may have been performed.

If you are looking to get a suit for an important event (such as your wedding), we recommend to visit us 2 - 3 months in advance to leave sufficient time for any alterations for your personal made-to-measure garment.

Please note that some specific fabrics (such as Vitale Barberis Canonico) may take slightly longer at the moment. Should a fabric you’ve picked be temporarily unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options.

How do I place an order? (First time customer)

If you'd like to place your first order with us, please go to the "Book an Appointment" page and indicate when and where you'd like to meet with one of our outfitters so they can take your measurements and walk you through the options we offer. We are currently able to take orders from Singapore or London only at this time.

Can you expedite my order?
At the moment, we are unable to expedite orders. We advise our customers to include additional time for last-minute alterations and to plan ahead before ordering for a special event.

How can I change my shipping or billing address?
You may change any of them under “My Account”.

What can I do if my shirt or suit doesn’t quite fit me?

We strive to make your order risk-free with our fit guarantee. If your item doesn't fit perfectly, please get in touch within 30 days upon receipt with your local team in either Singapore or London and they can remedy the problem for you as soon as possible.

How long does it take for alterations?

When an alteration is needed, we do this with local tailors and we aim to complete these within one week in both Singapore and London

How do I reorder?

If you have ordered from us in the past, you can simply login to your account, find the fabrics / items that you'd like, customise them and then checkout. We will then process your order and ship your items to your delivery address when they are ready. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Do you charge for the first appointment?

No, we do not charge for appointments.

How long does an appointment take?

An appointment generally takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour, but can vary depending on the product you are being fitted for.

Are you open on weekends? (London)
We are available for appointments on Saturday between 10 - 6. Closed Sundays.

What time is your latest appointment? (London)
Our last appointment Monday to Friday in London is at 6:30pm. On Saturday it is at 6pm.

What is the price of shirts? (London)

In London, the price of 1 shirt is £119. We currently offer a 15% discount if you order a package of 3 shirts (£101.20/shirt) and 30% discount for a package of 5 shirts (£83.30/shirt).

What are the prices of your suits? (London)

The price of a suit depends on the fabric and on the production method of your choice. In London, our house fabric suits range from £389 (Fusible canvas) to £559 (Full canvas). For branded fabrics, please refer to the prices stated at the "suits"-page of our website.

How far do your outfitters travel for home/work visits? (London)

Our outfitters can travel to your home or office in London as long as you live / work within travel zones 1 and 2. If you live outside of this area, you can come to our Showroom next to Liverpool Street Station.

Can I provide my own fabric?

Unfortunately we cannot make suits with a fabric provided by a customer. We can only ensure that the finished product you receive lives up to our standard of quality and fit if the fabric comes from one of our own mills.

How long does your fit guarantee last?

We strive to provide you with the best fitting garments so we will alter or remake your garment until it is fitting you perfectly. Once you confirm the fit with us, we offer an extended period of 30 days of free alterations. After this, we will charge a small fee for alterations.

What is your returns policy?

There is no risk when buying from Edit Suits Co.: we fully guarantee your satisfaction. Once your first garment is received, we await your feedback and we will perform alterations as and if required. These typically take approx. one week per alteration. In the rare case that the required changes are beyond of what can be altered, we will replace the item for you.

As each garment is personally tailored, we are unable to resell an item to any other customer other than the customer placing the order, and as such we cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on the part of the customer.

Refunds on the basis of fit are considered a last resort, and will only be granted when efforts to alter and/or remake the garment are unsuccessful.
