What is included in your made-to-measure fit guarantee?
Our fit guarantee extends for 30 days from the day you receive the garment for online orders or after receiving the notification email for showroom orders.
It includes adjustments discussed during the fitting appointment, striving to complete alterations in one session.
Certain changes conflicting with previous alterations may be excluded, and specific garment aspects are also not covered (e.g., pocket arrangement, stitching of buttonholes).
