Do you charge for alterations?
All our made to measure garments come with a fit guarantee valid for 30 days from the day you receive the garment (for online orders) or after you receive the notification email (check your spam folder) that your garment has arrived at one of the showrooms (for showroom orders).
During this period, all alterations are covered free of charge.
For alterations requested after this time, charges will apply, varying depending on the extent of the work needed.
