Our Fit Guarantee & Returns

At Edit Suits Co., we offer a Fit Guarantee to protect your purchase and ensure you’re completely happy with your custom-tailored garments.

After your fitting appointment, our tailors will review the fit of your garments with you, suggest any necessary alterations, and work with you to make sure everything fits and feels great. If you choose to have your garments delivered, simply let us know how they fit once they arrive and if they need any tweaks, we’ll happily make adjustments within 30 days. Just email alterations@editsuits.com, and our customer care team will take care of the rest.

Each piece is made just for you, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure the fit is perfect. Our Fit Guarantee protects your purchase and, in the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your fit, we’ll do everything we can to make it right, including offering alterations or even remaking your garment within 30 days of your first delivery appointment.

Our dedicated customer care team and in-house tailors are always on hand to resolve any issues quickly. If a refund is the right resolution, we’ll provide one.

Every garment goes through a thorough quality check, but if you notice any quality issues, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at care_uk@editsuits.com. We’ll ensure this is sorted with a return and store credit.
