Our Fit Guarantee & Returns
Every piece is made just for you, and we work closely with you until the fit is right. Our Fit Guarantee protects your purchase: alterations or a full remake within 30 days of your first delivery appointment.
How it works
- Your fitting
After your fitting appointment, our tailors review the fit with you and suggest any alterations.
- Delivered to you
Tell us how your garments fit once they arrive. If they need tweaks, we’ll adjust them within 30 days – just email alterations@editsuits.com.
- Made right
Still not happy? We’ll alter or even remake your garment within 30 days of your first delivery appointment – or refund you if that’s the right resolution.
Quality issues
Every garment goes through a thorough quality check. If you notice an issue, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at care_sg@editsuits.com and we’ll arrange a return and store credit.
Our customer care team and in-house tailors are always on hand – we’re here to make sure every customer receives a truly personal service.
